What to Tell Us
The substrate — honestly. "Some kind of white single-ply, we think it went on in the nineties" is a more useful answer than a guess dressed up as a specification. Photos help.
The condition. Chalking, biological growth, open seams, oil staining, white rust, previous coatings that are partially failing. These change the preparation, and preparation is what determines whether the job works.
What is going over it. OR-80SLM, OR93BL, a floor system, or something from another manufacturer — say which, because it affects the recommendation.
The square footage. So we can estimate coverage for your specific substrate rather than handing you a generic number.
If you are a distributor or applicator: include your region and approximate volume and the wholesale schedule and private-label details come back with the answer.
